Slip Química has been in the market since 1992 as a service supplier specialized in the manufacturing and packaging of AEROSOL products. We count with all the permits and licenses required for this business activity.
We are a company with a strong tradition in manufacturing several types of packaging. Our own headquarters is located in a large area of more than 30.000 m² (approx. 322.917 ft²). The area has an administrative building and two modern industrial sheds consisting of:
- Liquids and concentrates factory with four different areas, one for each sector; each area has its own support team and it is in compliance with the Brazilian health standards and requirements;
- A main shed with twenty-five production lines of aerosols and B.O.V. (Bag on Valv) packaging. These production lines are separated by categories, and also count with an area destined to the packaging of liquids (non-aerosol) in bottles and tubes.
Our company are dedicated to the manufacturing of products in the areas of: Cosmetics, Veterinary, Automotive, Home sanitary and Industrial products.
We have our own chromatography laboratory for the development of new products, monitoring of manufacturing and for handling of concentrates. We also provide certificates of analysis for each batch that is produced.
We are the first Aerosol specialized company in Brazil to obtain the international recognition in quality management system NBR ISO 9000, which was conquered in 2003, and currently in its 2015 version we are seeking an ongoing development.
We adopted a new challenge in 2018: to achieve a certificate of environmental management system aligned with NBR ISO 14000 – a set of environmental standards internationally recognized – thus complying with current legislation by reducing pollutant emissions during our operations.
Slip Química guarantees total confidentiality of its client's personal information, from the project development to the products' final delivery. In addition to the highest quality of the service provided, we offer exclusivity and absolute protection of any formulation developed.
We also count with a technical advice team – for the creation of customized designs, label manufacturing, sleeve labels, lithography and general packaging – which assists the whole process, from the conception to its final delivery.
